about us

"What stops leaders and organisations from thinking differently, acting courageously, and building something that creates real lasting value in the world?"

This was the burning question we wanted to organise ourselves around when we started Thinking Partners.   There were no easy answers—but we had curiosity, conviction, and a relentless willingness to listen.

 â€‹

In our first year, the only metric we tracked was Uber rides. Ride after ride, we crisscrossed cities to meet business leaders, HR leaders, coaches, organisational consultants and mentors to uncover data points, gain insights and dive deep. To understand the challenges of CEOs and team leaders across industries trying to create impact for their businesses in a shifting, paradoxical, complicated world. This is why we designed our offerings around identifying, understanding and embracing complexity.  In the unregulated field of executive coaching, we knew we had to elevate the game ourselves before we elevated leadership for our clients. So we went out of our way to follow international standards, created a proprietary oversight protocol and put together a team of coaches who not only had deep qualifications but also diverse experiences and backgrounds. Thinking Partners came from the collision of two minds wired completely differently. That tension was a challenge of course but it was also our greatest advantage. We grew our business strategically and patiently with clarity and prioritized being true to our path and our values above all else. Today, we are proud to have gained the trust of so many leaders – a diverse network of repeat clients who are ready to do the hard, human work of leadership. Not the performative kind that sounds good on LinkedIn, but the real stuff: navigating complexity, building trust, owning mistakes, and leading with clarity when the path ahead is anything but clear. Our approach is as grounded as it is personal—blending rigorous qualitative insights with practical tools leaders can actually use.

OUR PURPOSE

To reshape leadership from the inside out—helping individuals, teams, and organizations think more deeply, connect more genuinely, and act with greater responsibility. When leaders bring their full humanity to work, they don't just hit performance metrics; they cultivate environments where growth, creativity, and trust become the norm.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to humanize the workplace—not through empty rhetoric, but by partnering with those willing to do the hard, human work of leadership. When leaders show up with depth, courage, and authenticity, the workplace transforms into a space where people can truly think, create, and thrive.

Our Values

in action:

01

In seeking: We have an allegiance to truth. We seek what lies beneath the surface—embracing complexity, uncovering patterns, and making the invisible visible. We fight the good fight for clarity, even when the answers are inconvenient.

02

In Engaging: We meet people where they are. With kindness as our compass, we ensure no one is left behind. We listen deeply, speak with honesty, and create spaces where others feel seen and heard.

03

In Being: We believe in showing up as our true selves. Authenticity isn’t a buzzword for us; it’s a practice. We are vulnerable when it matters, humble when needed, and clear enough to say 'no' when it serves the bigger picture.

04

In Becoming: Mastery is a lifelong pursuit. We continuously sharpen our skills, challenge our assumptions, and advance the craft of coaching. Excellence isn’t a finish line—it’s a mindset we carry into every conversation.

05

In Doing: We don't just think about change; we create the conditions for it. Our work is about helping others get unstuck, planting seeds of transformation, and fostering spaces where development takes root and thrives.
